Snow and Wake Bulgaria

In March 2007 the big move was made across Europe with 2 vehicles and 2 wakeboard boats full of specialist equipment to their new home in the Rila National Park. This adventure was with the aim of developing Snow and Wake as a company which would provide professional inclusive Snow sports and Wakeboarding holidays.

The Rila National Park offers the perfect location with its winter and summer seasons. In the summer Lake Iskar provides the perfect wakeboard location. Measuring 26km X 14km, Lake Iskar is situated 1000m above sea level and provides excellent flat water either on the main lake itself, or one of the many creeks.During the winter months Borovets ski resort enjoys the perfect location at the foot of Mount Musala, which at 2925m is the highest peak in the whole of the Balkans. It provides excellent ever expanding slopes for beginners and experts alike.

The main ethos of the company is to provide personal support to the customer to enable them to get the maximum benefit from their stay with us, that's why we sort out everything. From the minute you arrive at Sofia airport until your departure, and everything in between. This is not a package holiday where you might not ever see your rep, this is a holiday where Snow and Wake Staff are on hand to make sure you get the best possible service.

Now in the third year we are entering a new phase of the business. December 2008 saw the opening of two new accommodation options. The Dragushinovo Boutique Chalet hotel which can accommodate up to 26 people, and the Dragushinovo villa which can accommodate 12 people. These two properties are ideally located to provide the perfect base for both winter and summer activities alike.

Summer 2010 sees SWB expanding our range of activities both on and off the water. This will allow families and groups the ability to choose different individual activities whilst enjoying their stay with us.
